During study hall times, the library should be quiet so people can maximize their
learning and research time free from distractions. Study groups may utilize the
library; but, if the noise level is disruptive to other researchers they must disband.
It is expected, however, during class times when active research is happening that there should be a level of acceptable,
constructive noise and deliberation.
The library, its resources, furniture, and equipment should be respected at all times. These items are for all to share and enjoy. They are to be
kept in good condition.
The library staff is to be treated kindly, and with respect.
Yelling in anger or frustration generally has destructive results. Keep
calm and civilly discuss your issue/ concern. My goal is to happily help you achieve positive solutions to all your
library needs.
